The CORE Advantage

CORE facilitators are carefully selected and expertly trained to the level required for optimal preformance within their individual profession.

CORE Facilitator/Administrators are certified to administer the profile for basic purposes, such as in workshops, setting benchmarks and profiling job applicants. They are qualified to conduct basic interpretations based solely on the findings of the instrument itself. They do not conduct personal interviews, nor are they qualified to counsel or coach those who profile incongruently.

CORE Facilitator/Consultants can administer profiles and conduct personal interviews. They are qualified to counsel or coach those who profile incongruently, take them through a discovery process, and bring them into alignment using the evaluation instrument. They are not qualified to counsel or coach those who are highly incongruent on the CORE profile and cannot be evaluated easily using the instrument (such as Profiles 1 and 2 do not match and both are incongruent with client’s visual presentation).

Master CORE Facilitator/Teacher can coach and counsel any level of incongruence, taking even those who have not had results through traditional therapy, to healthier levels. They are also qualified to teach, though not to certify, administrators and consultants.

All levels of CORE facilitators are required to meet minimum standards to maintain their license.
