Relater/Entertainer
Overview
Relater/Entertainers
(R/E)
are Introverted, Feeling, Intuitive types. Introverted feelers
are concerned with the values of the inner person, with things that
are felt but not easily expressed in words. While they have a keen ability
to anticipate the needs of others, it is often difficult for them to
express their own needs and emotions. R/Es tend to be dreamers who look
beyond the facts to find possibilities, however, they tend to internalize
and ponder them as opposed to moving them toward specific action. R/Es
are highly people oriented, but tend not to approach people directly
until they have gained a sufficient level of comfort with that individual.
They are an interesting balance between watcher and doer, listener and
conversationalist. Their demeanor is friendly in a soft, approachable
way. Their love of people is apparent in almost everything they do.
Their first concern is always for building and maintaining relationships.
R/Es are most effective in environments that are warm, friendly and
flexible.
