Personal Effectiveness Traits

The Personal Effectiveness Traits (Part 3) section of your profile is an invaluable tool designed to give you a clear picture of the development level of each part of your CORE Type. The Personal Effectiveness Graph reveals the current intensity of positive, mid-zone, and negative traits, as well as areas of possible conditioning or masking (masking is a false personality adopted to cope with external requirements or expectations). The graph also illustrates your reactionary patterns (how you react under various levels of stress). Knowing these patterns can reveal a great deal about how you react to people and situations and can give you the tools you need to control your actions and outcomes with greater effectiveness.

Your initial report indicates your current level of development and whether you are functioning primarily in positive, mid-zone, or negative mode. If you are not functioning in positive mode, you can begin to effect positive change by reading the positive traits and then consciously move toward that behavior.

The following links detail the behavior associated with each mode of behavior:

COMMANDER:
Positive --- Mid-zone --- Negative

ORGANIZER:
Positive --- Mid-zone --- Negative

RELATER:
Positive --- Mid-zone --- Negative

ENTERTAINER:
Positive --- Mid-zone --- Negative
