Organizer/Relaters (O/R) are Introverted, Sensing, Thinking types. This type functions primarily in sensing mode with the secondary thinking function inclining sensing toward the intellectual and the logical. The introverted sensing function takes details from the external world and internalizes them to create internal perceptions. As a result, O/Rs tend to notice the background features of the world more than its surface features. They tend to be deep thinkers who ponder the meaning of life and try to make sense of the overall effect of events and actions. When interacting with the outer world, O/Rs rely on what can be discerned with the five senses and tend to distrust anything that cannot be measured or documented in real and concrete ways. As double introverts, O/Rs need lots of time alone. O/Rs are most effective in structured environments and are good team-players.
