True Organizer Overview

True Organizers (O/O) are Introverted, Thinking, Sensing types. This type functions primarily in thinking mode, with the sensing secondary position inclining their thinking toward objects and facts. They are conceptual in the way they see things, and use objects and facts to formulate theories. The thinking processes are turned inward so that others may see them as brooding or inapproachable. Introverted thinkers often feel misunderstood. While they feel as deeply as the feeling types, they base their decisions and actions on intellect and logic, rather than on their emotional responses. O/Os are critical thinkers who notice the smallest detail. The introverted attitude inclines behaviors toward passive, as opposed to active, and energy is gained from time alone. O/Os are most effective and most content in the midst of serious pursuits where accuracy, excellence and attention to detail are mainstays.
