Organizer/Commander Overview

Organizer/Commanders (O/C) are Introverted, Thinking, Intuitive types. This type functions primarily in thinking mode, with the intuitive secondary position inclining their thinking toward possibilities. They are conceptual in the way they see things, and use ideas and concepts to formulate theories. Because the thinking processes are turned inward, others may see them as brooding or inapproachable. Introverted thinkers often feel misunderstood. They tend to believe that their convictions are the only right ones and insist on holding to them. O/Cs base their decisions and actions on intellect and logic, rather than on their emotional responses. The introverted attitude inclines behaviors toward passive, as opposed to active, and energy is gained from time alone. Too much activity or contact with people can drain an introverted type. O/Cs are most effective and most content in the midst of serious pursuits where efficiency and excellence are mainstays.
